Welcome to Dent Ski Trip 2018! This will be the trip of a lifetime. Guaranteed fun, excitement and awesome memories! Enjoy hanging out in beautiful Queenstown, hit the slopes on Coronet Peak and join us for a fun social event on Saturday night!

Dates: 10th August – 12th August Coronet Peak
Pickup: 5.00pm outside Faculty of Dentistry (bus leaves at 5.30pm at the latest)
Return: approximately 6pm at the same location.

Cost: NZDSA Members $160 / Non Members $180

The $20 member discount will automatically be applied on the checkout screen once you have logged in with your University login. If there are any issues please email nzdsa.website@gmail.com

A basic gear list and itinerary will be issued to you closer to the time.

Only one ticket can be purchased per person. Lessons are available on the mountain if required (pay on the day)

There are two options for gear hire:

Order via NZDSA in this purchase below. Gear will be collected at the mountain as a group. If you do not order gear at the time of placing your order it cannot be added later. Likewise if you order gear it cannot be changed / refunded later (see terms and conditions). If you require more equipment or a lift pass after placing your order, you can arrange this yourself at the mountain.
Unipol is offering a DEAL for those going on our ski trip: Jacket or pants $10.00 each (with FREE helmet). Note: There are a range of sizes and quantities but this is FIRST IN FIRST SERVED so you may need to organise your own clothing at the mountain if you miss out. Show the ski trip purchase receipt from your email to Unipol staff for this deal. You can do this as soon as you have made your ski trip purchase (ahead of the general student community who won’t have this privilege).

I agree that:

In the event of an accident or emergency, I authorise the executive members NZDSA and those delegated by them, to obtain for me all necessary medical and/or dental assistance and treatment as may be deemed

I agree to reimburse NZDSA and pay for all expenses incurred in relation to such assistance and treatment.

I hereby indemnify to the full extent permitted by law, NZDSA and its executive from all claims and demands of every kind of any accidental harm and or loss which I might suffer.

I hereby indemnify NZDSA and its executive to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damages, expenses, claims, actions, or suits brought for and on behalf of myself.

Although every care will be taken, NZDSA and its executive will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either persons or property for any loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, delay or irregularity however occasioned during, or while in transit to or from, an NZDSA event, function or any other activity.

I will receive no refund of any kind for my ski-trip entry once submitted. If I am no longer able to attend ski trip I can gift or sell my entry to another student with the SAME membership status or pay the additional $25.00 if selling from a NZDSA member to a non-member.

If, due to weather or other unforseen reasons, mountain activities cannot take place on the ski-trip weekend, full or partial refunds for any ski-lifts and equipment hired at the mountain may be provided. If NZDSA are not able to be refunded in full by the mountain company (due to bookings being made in advance) I will not expect a full refund for gear or lift passes.
