Dent Ski Trip! Let’s get this snow on the road!
The best trip of the year. Queenstown has all the powder, views, food and attractions we could ever need! This year’s ski trip is shaping up to be b-e-a-utiful, but it needs you!

What :

5.30pm Friday 12th August Bus leaves from Dental School.

Skiing or Boarding Coronet Peak on the Saturday
PUB CRAWL Saturday night,
Sunday – Ferg Burg and free time etc
Heading back Sunday 2pm.

You don’t have to be an expert, all abilities welcome, you don’t even have to ski, just come for some fun in snow and experience Queenstown with your dental friends. No one ever had a bad time in Winnies…

Ticket includes ALL transport, accommodation and the Saturday evening function (dinner and pub crawl).
Optional extras not included in ticket price: lift pass, ski/board rental
All extras have been generously discounted by NZDSA, you won’t find better so why not save some money and come along! This packaged deal means you save >50 dollars on the pass and rentals. Big investment means big fun.

Jackets, pants and free helmets can be hired from Unipol. More information to come closer to the trip.

I agree that:
In the event of an accident or emergency, I authorise the executive members NZDSA and those delegated by them, to obtain for me all necessary medical and/or dental assistance and treatment as may be deemed
I agree to reimburse NZDSA and pay for all expenses incurred in relation to such assistance and treatment.
I hereby indemnify to the full extent permitted by law, NZDSA and its executive from all claims and demands of every kind of any accidental harm and or loss which I might suffer.
I hereby indemnify NZDSA and its executive to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damages, expenses, claims, actions, or suits brought for and on behalf of myself.
Although every care will be taken, NZDSA and its executive will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either persons or property for any loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, delay or irregularity however occasioned during, or while in transit to or from, an NZDSA event, function or any other activity.
I will receive no refund of any kind for my ski-trip entry once submitted. If I am no longer able to attend ski trip I can gift or sell my entry to another student with the SAME membership status or pay the additional $25.00 if selling from a NZDSA member to a non-member.
If, due to weather or other unforseen reasons, mountain activities cannot take place on the ski-trip weekend, full or partial refunds for any ski-lifts and equipment hired at the mountain may be provided. If NZDSA are not able to be refunded in full by the mountain company (due to bookings being made in advance) I will not expect a full refund for gear or lift passes.

Please make sure your emergency contact knows that you have provided their details in case of emergency! Your emergency contact needs to be someone that is NOT on the trip
