Welcome to Dent Tramp 2019!

We are heading to the Aspiring Hut – Mount Aspiring National Park from the 3rd to 5th of May. You can look forward to an overnight tramp on the West Matukituki Valley Track. Accommodation will be in the forms of cabin and tenting.

NZDSA members $45.00, Non-NZDSA members $60.00

 

Please Note:

  • Costs include transport, food and Aspiring Hut fees
  • You will need to supply your own snacks and tramping gear (I can get access to some gear at an additional low cost)
  • No refunds once purchased unless you can get a replacement
  • There will be a compulsory tramp meeting for all trampers on Tuesday 29th April at 1.15pm (venue TBC).
  • We will be doing a gear check on May 3rd (venue TBC)
  • You must have your own appropriate footwear and weather-proof clothing.   Conditions can change rapidly so you need to be prepared for both warm and cold weather

I agree that:
In the event of an accident or emergency, I authorise the executive members NZDSA and those delegated by them, to obtain for me all necessary medical and/or dental assistance and treatment as may be deemed
I agree to reimburse NZDSA and pay for all expenses incurred in relation to such assistance and treatment.
I hereby indemnify to the full extent permitted by law, NZDSA and its executive from all claims and demands of every kind of any accidental harm and or loss which I might suffer.
I hereby indemnify NZDSA and its executive to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damages, expenses, claims, actions, or suits brought for and on behalf of myself.
Although every care will be taken, NZDSA and its executive will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either persons or property for any loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, delay or irregularity however occasioned during, or while in transit to or from, an NZDSA event, function or any other activity.
I will receive no refund of any kind for my dent tramp entry once submitted. If I am no longer able to attend I can gift or sell my entry to another student with the SAME membership status or pay the additional $15.00 if selling from a NZDSA member to a non-member.
